Influencer & UGC Engine

Creator network + UGC loop

Most influencer spend buys one post and a screenshot of the reach. We run it as a loop instead: we onboard creators who genuinely fit your category, broker the deals, run the shoots, and then take everything they made and cut it into paid creative, organic reels and store-screen assets. One campaign becomes a quarter of creative you own, working across paid, organic and the screens your customers walk past — not a burst of reach you rent.

What we do

01

Fit before follower count

We shortlist on audience overlap, comment quality and past conversion behaviour, not vanity reach. A 40k creator whose audience already buys your category outperforms a 400k generalist, and costs a fraction — we have the receipts from running both.

02

Deals brokered, not guessed

Rate benchmarking, usage rights, exclusivity windows, deliverable specs and payment terms, negotiated and papered by us. Crucially we buy content rights up front, so what gets made is yours to run as ads and reuse for a year — the clause most brands forget until they need it.

03

The UGC loop

Every asset a creator delivers goes back into the Content Engine: re-cut into ad variants, mixed with your own footage, and fed to the social calendar and the screen network. That is how one campaign fee turns into hundreds of usable assets instead of a fortnight of feed.

How it works

  1. 01

    Shortlist and benchmark

We define the creator profile against your buyer, pull a shortlist with real audience data, and benchmark rates so you are not negotiating blind against a screenshot of someone's media kit.

  2. 02

    Broker, brief, shoot

Contracts land with usage rights secured, then creators get a brief tight enough to be usable and loose enough to sound like them. Where it makes sense we shoot on our own floors and at our events.

  3. 03

    Recut and redeploy

Delivered assets go into the Content Engine and come out as ad variants, organic reels and screen creative. The best-performing creators get re-contracted on longer terms as ambassadors rather than one-offs.

Distribution wasn't the problem — context was. Creator-led trials gave the product a story at the moment of first taste, and the UGC fed straight back into paid.

Straight answers

Do you have your own creator roster?

We have a network we work with repeatedly across consumer and DTC categories, and we go outside it whenever the fit is better elsewhere. We are not incentivised to place our own roster — you are paying us for the right creator, not the convenient one.

Who owns the content afterwards?

You do, because we negotiate usage rights into every contract before anything is shot — typically twelve months of paid and organic usage. This is the single biggest reason influencer spend gets wasted, and it is fixed at the paperwork stage.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Tracked links, unique codes and a spend-versus-attributed-revenue readout per creator — plus the asset yield, which is how many usable pieces of creative the campaign produced. Reach alone is not a result and we will not report it as one.

We built this engine for ourselves. Now let's run it for your brand.
