Privacy Policy

This site is operated by WTF Amplify, with its office at WTF, Amco Tower, 3rd Floor, A-5, 6, 7, Amaltash Marg, A Block, Sector 9, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below. You can reach us at contact@wtfamplify.com.

We only ask for what we need to respond to a business enquiry. When you submit the demo request form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your brand or company name
• Your work email address
• Your phone number
• Your website URL
• Anything else you choose to write in the message field

We also collect standard technical information that any web server receives — IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed — together with analytics data used to understand how the site is used. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18, and this site is not directed at children.

We process the data you submit for the specific purpose for which you gave it to us: to contact you about your enquiry, to prepare and hold a demo or proposal conversation, and to administer any engagement that follows. Where you have given consent, we may also send you occasional updates about our services — you can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, CRM and analytics vendors — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service for us. Those providers are bound to use the data solely on our instructions. We may also disclose data where we are required to by law or a valid order from a public authority.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for up to 24 months after the last contact, so that we can pick up a discussion where it left off. Where an engagement goes ahead, contract and billing records are retained for the period required under applicable Indian tax and company law. After the retention period ends, data is erased or irreversibly anonymised.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it to do their job. We review access periodically. No system is perfectly secure, but in the event of a personal data breach we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required under the DPDP Act.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated or completed
• Have your data erased where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for
• Withdraw consent you previously gave
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
• Register a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved

To exercise any of these, write to us at the grievance address below. We will respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work, though some measurement will be lost.
