GTM & Strategy

Founder-to-founder, engine-backed

Strategy decks are cheap because nobody has to execute them. We write the plan knowing we are the ones who will run it next quarter, which changes every recommendation in it. Positioning that survives contact with a customer, a launch sprint with dates on it, a website that actually converts the traffic, and a channel sequence that says which lane acquires customers first — and what to leave off until the economics say otherwise.

What we do

01

Positioning that holds up in a sales call

Not a purpose statement. A sentence your customer repeats to a colleague, a wedge you can defend against the three brands you actually lose to, and the proof points that back it. We test it against real buyers before it goes near a homepage.

02

Launch sprints with dates on them

A launch is a sequence, not an announcement: pre-launch demand capture, day-one saturation across owned and paid surfaces, and a week-two follow-through most brands skip entirely. Every phase gets an owner, a date and a number to hit.

03

Websites built to convert, not to win awards

Design, copy and build, shipped in weeks. Fast on a mid-range phone on Indian mobile data, structured for search and AI answer engines, and wired to the WhatsApp and Voice engines so an enquiry gets a reply in seconds rather than a form confirmation.

How it works

  1. 01

    Interrogate

Two weeks of customer calls, sales-call recordings, category teardown and unit economics. We are looking for the gap between what you say and what buyers repeat back — that gap is usually the whole problem.

  2. 02

    Position and sequence

We land the positioning, then build the 90-day sequence: which systems switch on in which order, what each is accountable for, and what we deliberately are not doing this quarter.

  3. 03

    Run it and score it

Website and launch assets ship, channels go live in sequence, and we review weekly against the numbers set in week one. The end-of-sprint readout is scored honestly whether or not it flatters us.

Straight answers

Can we buy the strategy without the execution?

Yes — the Strategy Sprint is a standalone deliverable and you own the plan outright, including the parts that point at other vendors. We would rather you leave with something usable than sign a retainer you were not ready for.

How is this different from any consultant's deck?

We have to execute it. Recommendations we cannot staff, price or ship do not make it into the plan, and every channel we suggest comes with what it costs to run, who runs it, and what it should return. That constraint kills about half of what a normal deck would contain.

What does success look like at 90 days?

Defined in week one, in numbers — trial volume, repeat purchase signal, cost per qualified lead, whatever maps to your stage. The end-of-sprint readout scores against those targets honestly and you keep the playbook either way.

We built this engine for ourselves. Now let's run it for your brand.
